Common tasks
You can delete your account from inside the iOS app at any time, with no email exchange required:
- Open the Gene app
- Tap the Settings tab (bottom right)
- Under Account, tap Delete Account
- Confirm both prompts
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your profile, watchlist, and any submitted variant data are removed from our servers.
Magic-link emails arrive from noreply@mail.app.supabase.io. Check your spam folder; whitelist that address if needed. The link expires after 1 hour.
If you still don’t receive it within five minutes, try Sign in with Apple instead — same account, different sign-in path.
Every claim in Gene links to a primary source. Tap View Sources on the therapy detail screen to see exactly where a fact came from — and email support@genemap.app with the therapy ID + the claim you’re questioning and we’ll investigate.
